Welcome to Amovisuals. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients engaging Amovisuals for photography, videography, or media services.

Service Scope & Deliverables

All services (e.g., photography, videography, RAW footage, edits) must be explicitly outlined and agreed upon in writing prior to the event. Deliverables are only guaranteed if listed in the official booking invoice or contract.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before any deliverables are released. Late payments may result in delays and late fees. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot will result in the loss of the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, with at least 48 hours' notice. In the case of weather or unforeseen circumstances, Amovisuals may reschedule at no additional cost.

Revisions & Feedback

One (1) round of basic revisions is included. Additional revisions or re-edits may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be reasonable and justified. Amovisuals is not responsible for: Poor lighting or unflattering venue conditions, Lack of planning or clear direction from the client, Any environmental or stylistic elements outside of our control. 

Amovisuals is engaged to document the event as it is, not to artificially improve or alter the reality of the scene. Feedback must be provided within 7 days of receiving the final content. After this period, the project may be considered closed and subject to additional fees for any further edits.

RAW Files Policy  

RAW video or image files are not included unless specifically requested and agreed upon in advance. If RAW files are requested, they will be charged at 100% of the original contract price in addition to the original service fee. Requests made after the event or delivery are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Turnaround Time

Amovisuals does not offer a set turnaround time for edited content. Delivery timeframes vary based on the scope of the project, number of deliverables, seasonality, and client responsiveness. Estimated delivery windows may be provided for reference but are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Storage & Backup Policy

Final project files and RAW footage are stored for up to 60 days after delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up all files. Requests for re-delivery after the storage period are not guaranteed and may include additional retrieval fees. Once content has been delivered and acknowledged, Amovisuals is not responsible for loss or file recovery.

Client Responsibilities

The client must: Provide a run sheet and any essential shot list in advance, Notify Amovisuals of any other media teams present at the event. Amovisuals is not responsible for missed moments due to the absence of direction, delays, or crowd interference. If other photography or videography teams are present, the client must disclose this during booking. The provider will not be held liable for overlapping coverage, blocked shots, or incomplete edits where primary access was unavailable.

Technical Compatibility

Final deliverables are provided in standard formats (e.g., MP4, JPEG). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary devices or software to open, view, or use the files provided.

Refunds & Disputes

Refunds will not be issued due to: Subjective style preferences, Poor lighting or venue conditions, Obstruction from guests, vendors, or layout challenges beyond the control of Amovisuals. Any disputes or claims must be submitted within 14 days of final delivery and must be supported with reasonable justification.  

Copyright & Usage Rights

Amovisuals retains full copyright ownership of all captured media. Clients receive a usage license for personal or commercial use, depending on the agreement. Amovisuals reserves the right to use selected content for portfolio, promotional, and advertising purposes. Resale, editing, or licensing to third parties without permission is prohibited.  

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to capture and deliver quality content, Amovisuals is not liable for unforeseen technical issues, accidents, or events beyond our control that may impact the final result. Liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Agreement Acceptance

By engaging Amovisuals or submitting payment, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
